Roland Conde Lamah (born 31 December 1987 in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire[1]) is a Belgian footballer of Guinean origin. He currently plays in Spain for CA Osasuna.

On 19 August 2008, Lamah transferred from R.S.C. Anderlecht to Le Mans UC for £2.76 million, having previously spent the 2007/2008 season playing for Roda JC on loan from R.S.C. Anderlecht.
He was born in Côte d'Ivoire to Guinean parents.
Lamah was a member of the Belgium U-19 at 2006 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship in Poland.
